Things to do with kids in Sketty
Sketty gives families a choice between green space, ancient Egypt and small local groups. Start with the mature trees of Singleton Park and the glasshouses of the Botanical Gardens, or make the Egypt Centre on Singleton Campus your main stop for objects, dressing up and play. Away from the campus, Dillwyn Road, Carnglas Road and Heather Crescent have different toddler, church and ballet activities. Pick one main destination and a smaller second stop: a term-time group, an exhibition and a booked holiday workshop need different plans.
Pair Singleton Park and the Botanical Gardens with ancient Egyptian objects and play at the Egypt Centre. Sketty’s toddler groups and ballet classes offer smaller local activities; check term-time arrangements and book workshops separately.
