How we check information

Know what the guide can tell you — and what to confirm before you go.

Sources and dates

We use public organiser, venue and event sources, linked on each outing. Source notes and the last fact-check date are shown where supplied. Loading a source successfully does not by itself mean every fact has been rechecked.

Age, price and accessibility

We only display supplied age guidance, prices and facilities. Broad family wording does not become an invented numeric age range. When a practical detail is missing, it is labelled as not supplied. Check with the organiser if that detail matters for your visit.

Changed, cancelled and finished events

Cancelled, expired and ended dated events are excluded from the current guide when those states are known. Sources can change between checks. A listing is not a statement of ticket availability, and a recurring session may have exceptions.

Local and nearby ideas

An outing can be relevant to more than one neighbourhood, but keeps a single detail page. We identify its actual locality. Nearby is not a promise of walking distance or a transport recommendation.

Photographs and illustrations

Illustrations are clearly identified and are not evidence of the venue, facilities or experience. We omit venue photographs when appropriate usage rights have not been established.
