Things to do with kids in Gosforth

Gosforth makes it easy to mix a little outdoor play with something indoors: a picnic and the playground in Central Park, stories and toy borrowing at the library, or a family activity at Gosforth Civic Theatre. Regent Centre’s Metro and bus interchange is handy for the library and theatre, while the High Street gives you places to pause between outings. For a quieter, longer nature trip, Gosforth Nature Reserve has woodland, wetlands and wildlife hides, with paid visitor passes and some uneven paths. Choose the activity first, then check its own times: a theatre café, a term-time group and a ticketed wildlife walk have different visiting arrangements.
