Christmas Makers Market at Portobello Town Hall
Support The Makers brings a local makers’ market to Portobello Town Hall on Saturday 21 November.
Things to do with kids in Portobello
Portobello is Edinburgh’s seaside neighbourhood, with a sandy beach and promenade close to a High Street of local venues. Families can mix a short outdoor stop at Towerbank Play Park with books on Rosefield Avenue, or make a booked art or theatre class the main event. Bellfield’s toddler group and youth theatre offer a different kind of outing from the Town Hall’s markets and seasonal shows. Plan around the actual activity, not the neighbourhood name: pool closures, school-term groups and course-only art bookings all matter here.
Explore Edinburgh’s Portobello with a short beach or Towerbank play stop, library books, Bellfield groups and booked art or theatre. Check coastal weather, pool closures and the actual course or event terms before setting out.
