Things to do with kids in Erdington
Erdington works well for a short family outing built around Rookery Park and a High Street stop. The park brings playground time, ball courts and tree-lined paths; St Barnabas adds a free term-time preschool group and public community occasions, while OIKOS offers a café base nearby. Plan library visits carefully: the main Erdington Library building is closed, with a temporary Book Pick and Drop service rather than ordinary browsing. Choose one main activity and check its actual timetable before adding the next.
Try Rookery Park, a term-time preschool group or a High Street café stop. Erdington Library currently offers only temporary Book Pick and Drop, not normal browsing.
