About this outing
Victoria Common puts open space within reach of Northfield’s town centre. Children can use two playgrounds, while families can explore the circular path network, wildlife and wildflower area and community orchard. There is a picnic area, tennis courts and a multi-use games area. The main entrance and car park are off Church Road; pedestrian entrances also serve the shopping centre, St Lawrence Road and Heath Road South. Public toilets are nearby at Northfield Shopping Centre rather than in the park itself.
