Junior diving lessons are for ages 7–16 who can competently swim in deep water. Foundation introduces poolside basics in 30 minutes; Beginner builds board skills in 30 minutes; Improver develops harder techniques on higher boards in 45 minutes. The local timetable advertises Foundation/Beginner and Improver groups on Mondays and Thursdays from 6.30pm. The page also describes Advanced, Skills and Dryland levels, but does not show local groups for all of them.
