About this outing
The Phoenix Centre’s outdoor facilities include a refurbished children’s playground, Multi-Use Games Area and skatepark beside its Townhill community hub on Powys Avenue. This is a practical outdoor stop for families visiting the centre or library. Choose an activity that suits your child and supervise outdoor play. The centre lists disabled access, accessible toilets, baby-changing facilities and free on-site parking; check centre opening before relying on its indoor facilities. The separate floodlit all-weather football pitch has hire charges and booking terms, so do not assume pitch hire is included in an outdoor playground visit. For current access information call 01792 479800.
