About this outing
The library opens Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10:00–17:00, Wednesday and Thursday 10:00–13:00, and Saturday 10:00–16:00. It is closed Sunday and bank holidays. Surrey lists automatic doors, a hearing loop, free Wi-Fi, computers, printing and a toy library. Street parking is available on Portland Drive and surrounding roads, but spaces directly outside have a one-hour limit. Do not depend on a café stop inside the hub: Surrey’s October 2026 update says applications for a new café operator are still being reviewed.
Planning your visit
- Parking directly outside is limited to one hour.
