About this outing
Junior Gym provides an active social space for ages 11–17 with a qualified instructor present. A gym induction is compulsory before the first session. The local overview lists weekdays 3–5.30pm and weekends 10am–3pm; check the actual timetable and book before attending. The local tariff shows junior non-member admission as N/A and £3 for Play & Pay and concession members, included for eligible prepaid members. Belfast rules prohibit free weights for ages 11–15; weights are for ages 16–17 only. This is an older-child fitness option, not a toddler activity.
