About this outing

Andersonstown Leisure Centre has a 25-metre main pool, a teaching pool and Little Lagoon toddler water, plus an Aqua Play structure and three high-speed slides. Choose the activity before booking: swimming, Family Fun Swim and Water Slides have different tickets and access. The Little Bistro serves drinks and snacks overlooking the teaching pool. The centre lists wheelchair access, accessible parking, toilets and changing, a lift, ramps and a poolside hoist. Ask staff about hoist access when you arrive. Use the current activity timetable rather than general building opening hours; facilities and seasonal sessions operate differently. Pre-book the family water activities online or in the Better UK app. Under-8s and non-swimmers under 16 must be actively supervised by a competent adult swimmer, with no more than two such children per adult. Under-8s and all non-swimmers must remain in shallow water. Buoyancy aids are strongly recommended. The centre is on the G1 Glider route, with storage for ten bikes and free parking, including ten disabled spaces. Bring a £1 returnable coin or token for lockers. Check the correct session tariff before booking; free parking does not mean free swimming.
