Sensory Open Day at Interplay
A participant-led themed open day with Interplay artists and its Sensory Youth Theatre group. Contact the team to book so activities can be tailored and numbers managed: takepart@interplaytheatre.
Things to do with kids in Armley
Armley offers two quite different ways to spend time together: exploring the looms and machinery at Leeds Industrial Museum, or heading outdoors to the playground and open grass of Armley Park. Add a Stocks Hill library visit for younger children, Interplay’s sensory and youth activities, or a swim at Armley Leisure Centre. The best plan depends on the day: museum craft sessions and community events have their own times, while the mill’s temporary parking arrangements need a little extra travelling time.
Explore the mill, play in Armley Park or choose a library, sensory-theatre or swimming session. Check the day’s activity and allow extra time for the museum’s alternative parking.
