About this outing
Process wool from the farm’s sheep with Heather from the Avon Guild of Weavers, Spinners and Dyers: clean fleece, brush the tips, blend colours and spin using a spindle. The activity is aimed at adults but supervised children can take part; everyone needs a separate ticket. There are eight spaces per two-hour slot, with a small number of afternoon drop-in spaces. Eventbrite advertises £3 per person and InStock availability; check the selected slot before paying. Wool contains lanolin, so this is unsuitable for anyone with a lanolin allergy. Meet at the Community Workshop, the wooden building to the right of the Playful Barn. The advertised day is 24 October 2026, within 10:00–14:00; this listing covers the event window, not a four-hour workshop. Refunds up to seven days before the event.
