Wales Millennium Centre for family theatre

About this outing

Wales Millennium Centre’s family programme includes musicals, opera and concerts, with a separate ticket for each production and performance. Matilda The Musical is advertised for 9 December 2026–17 January 2027, recommended for ages 6+ with no under-twos; under-16s must sit with an adult aged 18 or over. This production uses flashing lights, lasers, loud effects, popped latex balloons and haze. Check the current full ticket cost, available performance and access arrangements before booking. Do not treat the theatre’s building opening hours as a performance schedule.

Planning your visit

• Choose the actual performance before booking and check age guidance and access requirements; theatre tickets are not building admission.
