Techniquest science discovery centre

About this outing

Techniquest’s own information supplied to Visit Wales describes over 100 interactive exhibits across space, environment, chemistry, biomedical science and world issues. Children can launch a rocket, try virtual surgery and experience earthquake and hurricane effects. The upstairs Create & Shape Zone offers cardboard models, brick building, origami and Spirographs. Check Techniquest’s current opening calendar, admission prices and ticket availability before travelling; shows and workshops should be checked separately. The centre has a coffee shop and science-focused shop.
