About this outing
Ballysillan Leisure Centre’s Swim for Fitness sessions are for competent lane swimmers aged 11 and over. This is a chance for an older child who can already swim confidently to work on technique and fitness, not an early-years lesson or open-layout family swim. Book the specific session through the Better app or the owner’s Book now route. Swimming admission per person: non-member adult £5.80; junior age 5–15 £2.85. Pay As You Go member adult £4.60 and junior £2.25; adult concession £2.25; Swim School pupils have free swimming access. Under-fives swim free. A poolside locker requires a refundable £1. These are swimming admission rates, not swimming-lesson charges. The centre currently advertises a pool closure on 27 October, a sports-hall closure and no hot water in the female pre-cleanse showers. Check the centre before travelling: the notice headings do not establish reopening times.
