About this outing
Join neighbours of all ages at Repair Café Lambeth to share fixing skills and try to keep broken belongings out of landfill. A volunteer fixer works with you while you watch and learn; repairs are not guaranteed. The next advertised café is Saturday 7 November 2026, 10am–1pm, at We Are 336, 336 Brixton Road. This is an all-ages community repair event, not a dedicated children’s workshop. Parents are responsible for supervising children around tools and equipment.
Planning your visit
- We Are 336, 336 Brixton Road, London SW9 7AA. Saturday 7 November, 10am–1pm.
- First come, first served. One item per person is examined at a time; rejoin the queue for another item. Stay with the repairer: this is not a drop-off service.
- Parents must supervise their children; dangerous tools and equipment may be present. Repairs are at your own risk and are not guaranteed; unsafe items may be refused.
- Complete the registration form at the café. Giving an email address also joins the mailing list. Tell organisers if you do not want to be photographed.
- Bring any consumable replacement parts needed if volunteers cannot supply them.
