About this outing
Princes Park is a Grade II* historic park in Toxteth. Its children’s play area includes swings, a rotational climber, junior slide, see-saw, climbing frame and spring mobile. Look out for the sunburst entrance gates and the gravestone of Judy the donkey, remembered for giving children rides. Enter via Princes Road, Windermere Terrace or Belvidere Road. Friends of Princes Park provide an accessibility map. Fishing in the lake requires an angling permit.
