About this outing
Enjoy a family film in the Palace Picture House, the museum’s small 1920s-style cinema. This screening starts at 2pm on 24 October. It belongs to the advertised 24 October–1 November 2026 holiday programme; the museum is closed on Mondays. Drop in, with 26 cinema seats available: admission does not guarantee a seat. Films are included with museum entry: adult £6.40, child aged 3–18 £3.50, or family admission for up to two adults and three children £14.50. Households in LS3, LS4, LS5 and LS12 can enter for £1 per person with proof of address; this cannot be combined with other offers and excludes special prebooked events. The museum opens Tuesday–Friday 10am–5pm and weekends noon–5pm, last entry 4pm. Its main car park is closed for sewage works expected through spring 2027: follow signs to alternative Farnell UK parking on Canal Road, LS12 2TU, allowing up to ten minutes to walk. The Cardigan Fields footbridge is closed.
