About this outing
Longsight Library has books in Arabic, Bengali, Farsi/Persian, Polish and Urdu, alongside newspapers, computers and free wifi. Picture books in Polish are specifically part of the branch’s offer. Public access is 9am–5pm on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and 9am–8pm on Tuesday and Wednesday; Friday is unstaffed. Separate OpenPlus hours require registration. The car park is behind the library, reached from Kirkmanshulme Lane. Some services, including printing, may carry charges.
