About this outing

Make your own willow lantern at Wandsworth Community Centre on 22 November 2026, 2.30–4.30pm. This free Bring a Little Light workshop provides all materials. Children need adult supervision and help to complete their lantern. Booking is required on the owner’s page. The form distinguishes Adult — No lantern, Child — No lantern, Adult — Making a Lantern and Child — Making a Lantern: reserve the options appropriate to your group. The booking form was open at the retained observation, but places may change. You can bring a finished lantern to the separately advertised 5 December parade. This is a later November plan, not October half-term coverage. The event is supported by Belfast City Council and Wandsworth Community Association.
