About this outing
Young people aged 12–15 can use Armley Leisure Centre’s gym, with Active Leeds instructors available for support. Dedicated junior gym times are listed by the centre. Outside those times, juniors must exercise with a responsible participating adult aged 18 or over; the maximum ratio is two under-16s to one adult. School-holiday sessions are advertised separately by the centre. A junior gym session costs £4.40.
