About this outing
Children can explore the bespoke play frame and ball pit, build magna-tile creations and try role play in a stocked home corner. Babies have a baby gym, sensory toys, a bassinet and books; older siblings are welcome with puzzles, games and books. The space is for under-eights, with ages 2–6 described as the core age group. Adults must supervise children throughout and the play space is socks-only. Book ahead, particularly at peak times; walk-ins may be refused when full or too busy. Each daily play session lasts 90 minutes; check the booking page for actual session times.
Planning your visit
- Children must be supervised by their guardian at all times; socks only in the play space.
- Leave prams in the buggy park, folded where possible; keep bulky belongings out of the play area.
- No outside food or drink except water or baby milk. No food or open drinks on carpeted areas.
- Play-session bookings are final and non-refundable. Reschedule at least 4 hours before the session or forfeit the booking. Late arrival does not extend the session.
- No customer parking; plan public transport or parking in advance. Parking problems do not qualify for a refund or session change.
- Main seating and adjoining play space are reserved for children and accompanying adults booked into a play session.
- Check the booking page for the day’s actual times; advance booking recommended.
