About this outing
Maki Kita and Doreen Barnaville share an hour of botanical colour at The Cwtch, Chapter Arts Centre, on Tuesday 27 October 2026, 5.30–6.30pm. See a natural-blue-dye demonstration using indigo and woad harvested from Chapter’s Growing Colour Garden, look at colour samples from other plants and ask questions about the garden and the process. The organiser welcomes anyone curious about botanical colour, with no prior experience needed. This is a demonstration and discussion, not a promise that every child makes a take-home object. Admission is free with optional donations. Register through the organiser’s Eventbrite page, subject to capacity.
