About this outing
The recreation ground off Baddow Road has separate playgrounds for toddlers and older children, football pitches, basketball nets and picnic benches. Table-tennis bats and balls can be borrowed free from the Grounds Office; hard-surface tennis is available for free non-commercial use. There is free parking and bicycle stands. Dogs are welcome when well behaved. The outdoor gym and hired sports courts have their own use arrangements.
