Squash’s community food garden is beside Toxteth TV on Windsor Street, L8 1XE. Local residents and volunteers tend food crops, flowers and apple trees, and it is home to the Toxteth Seed Library. Visit through the advertised Wednesday 10am–1pm open sessions, rather than assuming access at any time. The sessions are free, with donations optional. Call 0151 707 7897 for details.
