Foundation swimming lessons at Whiterock

About this outing

School-aged beginners aged four and over learn water safety, survival skills and four-stroke basics through Red, Amber and Green levels. The stated goal after completion is ten metres of independent swimming. Enrolment is open and pupils may join at any time. The general page calls lessons 30 minutes weekly, but the listed Academy groups are 45 minutes; follow your selected group confirmation.
