Planning your visit

• The operator advertises Saturdays at Streatham; session times vary by location. Book the actual Streatham slot.
• Non-swimmers and children under eight must be accompanied and actively supervised by a competent adult swimmer, with no more than two non-swimmers or under-eights per competent swimmer. Non-swimmers must remain in shallow water. The operator defines a competent swimmer as someone able to swim 25 metres on their front in a recognised stroke without aid or stopping.
• The operator currently reports the pool hoist unavailable for maintenance and the car-park lift out of service. Call 020 8677 5758 before travelling if you depend on either.
