Families can play alongside others and ask specialist early-years educators for advice on play, communication, relationships, learning and transitions into an early-years setting. The team also describes short packages of home-learning and transition support. For questions contact 0115 876 1774 or EYSENDreferrals@nottingham.gov.uk.
