About this outing

The Outdoor Partnership offers a two-hour learn-to-ski session for D/deaf and hard-of-hearing young people aged seven to seventeen at Cardiff Ski Centre on Wednesday 28 October 2026, 1.30–3.30pm. Beginners and those who have tried skiing before are welcome. The group has ten students or fewer; activity equipment and instruction are provided and BSL interpreter support is available. Every under-eighteen must be accompanied by an adult, who can watch from the viewing area. Arrive fifteen to twenty minutes early. There is no café, but a vending machine is available. The session is funded and the current Eventbrite offer is free. Book only for D/deaf or hard-of-hearing participants taking part, not accompanying spectators. Siblings or parents who wish to participate must email the organiser; this is not an ordinary sibling ticket. Cancel your booking if you cannot attend so the place can be offered to someone else. Sales close 27 October 2026 at 5.10pm London time; check for updates by email or WhatsApp. Enquiries: leila.connolly@partneriaeth-awyr-agored.co.uk.
