About this outing
Courage Playing Fields on Chelmsford Road covers 5.774 hectares. The council lists a play area but no parking or toilets. Its current improvement programme includes a significant redesign of the junior play area, with equipment and surfacing works. Some areas may be temporarily closed or restricted: check the council update, follow safety signs and stay out of work zones. Do not rely on the junior playground being available.
