About this outing
See more than 100 hand-made miniature historical costumes, each modelled on a 12-inch fashion doll, from Saxon robes and Elizabethan ruffs to Victorian tartan and punk piercings. Lisa Jayne Smith spent six years researching and creating the collection. The exhibition runs 18 July–1 November 2026 during Blaise Museum opening hours, Thursday–Sunday 11:00–16:00; it is not continuous overnight access and the museum is closed Monday–Wednesday. Museum entry is free, donations welcome. Combine the dolls and costume details with the house’s toys and household-history displays.
